Duties :
Coordinate and conclude all matters related to safety and loss prevention for the construction of a major Oil terminal in Qatar.
Conduct Hazop studies and advice design engineers on design alterations to meet safety standards.
Review Design documents and ensure the are compliant to the clients Safety standards
Review the complete Safety and Loss prevention operations of the construction team and make recommendations for compliance. Implement such recommendations as seen appropriate by the Management.
Coordinate closely and address all safety issues with the end user, by conducting regular meetings, reviews and in general ensuring that construction is continuing uninterrupted and within safety regulations.

Algeria. Assignments will be long-term, rates will be good market rates, accommodation, flights,
transport, security and subsistence and other support will be provided. Leave rotation will be
negotiable and will depend on schedule requirements, but in principle it will probably be 6 weeks on /
2 weeks off. 7 day week working 10 - 12 hours a day depending on daylight. 2 weeks off will be

Job Description/Responsibilities of PETROLEUM ENGINEER:
" Write drilling, testing, completing and workover programs for vertical and horizontal oil and high pressure deep gas wells.
" Provide technical field support on all related jobs on the rigs.
" Provide technical advice and guidance for more efficient and cost effective onshore and offshore drilling and workover operations.
Minimum Qualification Required for PETROLEUM ENGINEER.
" BS in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering

Job Description/Responsibilities of RIG LIAISONMAN:
" Serve as the Primary liaison between Saudi Aramco and Saudi Aramco rig Contractor and shall provide supervision of all operations performed on Saudi Aramco wells.
" Provide training and evaluation of SAUDI ARAMCO Liaisonmen/toolpusher trainees.
" Make recommendations on alternative methods in resolving defects of equipment when unusual situations are encountered and coordinate timely deliveries of SAUDI ARAMCO and SAUDI ARAMCO service company materials and equipment to the well as required.

Description/Responsibilities of RIG SUPERINTENDENT:
" Resolve difficult and unusual problems which could otherwise delay drilling progress.
" Make decisions under emergency operating conditions to solve problems and protect rig crew, rig and well.
" Hold meetings to coordinate activities and make frequent inspections to insure operations conform to plans and are being carried out safely, efficiently and economically.
" Receive technical advise from and cooperate and coordinate with drilling and engineering, and review well programs.
" Direct preparation of and review forecasts for manpower, materials and supplies required to operate assigned rigs, order tools, supplies and supporting service, and initiate action to insure stocks are maintained at minimum adequate levels.
" Evaluate efficiency of operations, plan and implement improvements, review drilling programs, and assume direct responsibility for carrying out individual well programs.
